William Cognity helps school groups build one clear path from subject choice to university and work. He designs programmes, trains counsellors and gives you the 4-4-4-4 toolkit.

What a school gets

What we aim for

These are goals, not promises. Results depend on your school and students.

01

One plan for every counsellor

The same method in every year group and campus. Students get the same clear path.

02

Help before the last year

Years 8 to 13, with activities for each stage.

03

Progress you can show

One tracker that parents and leaders can read.

How it works

A trial in four steps

One school team. A short trial. We collect what happens and what people think. We agree terms with you.

Step 1

Where you start

We write down how guidance works today: sessions, tools, time and records.

Step 2

Getting ready

A start call. Training for your counsellors on the toolkit.

Step 3

The trial

Your team uses the method with one group. William helps and watches.

Step 4

Look back

We look at what happened together. Then we agree what comes next.

Training

Train your counsellors

Training for school counsellors on the 4-4-4-4 method. You practise on real session plans and get feedback. A group course is being made.

About certificates. At the end you get a note that you took part. It is not a formal qualification. We will never say it is.

Talks

Talks and workshops

Talks about university choice for students, parents and staff. In person or online.
